About the Chef
Growing up hunting and fishing in South Carolina, Executive Chef Timothy James Chappell developed a passion for game and seafood. He studied at the prestigious Johnson & Wales University College of Culinary Arts, and has prepared traditional fine dining cuisine and rustic fare for top restaurants from Alaska to Texas. He joined Deer Creek Lodge in 2013. Chef Tim is happy to talk with you about his recipes during your visit, and he looks forward to serving you.
